Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from the time you receive your items and are eligible for store credit or exchanges only. If 14 days have gone by since your received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.

To complete your return please email info@atlanticnantucket.com with your order number. We will then provide you with a pre-paid return label. Please note that we do charge a restocking fee of $20 on all returns and exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Jewelry, special order items, large home goods, undergarments and all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Store Credit 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and when a store credit is issued.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
